Rector’s Reform Drive Yields Results as NBTE Clears 18 Programmes for Nuhu Bamalli Poly
The National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) has granted approval to Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic, Zaria, Kaduna State, to commence 18 additional academic programmes beginning from the 2025/2026 academic session. This was contained in an official letter dated February 20, 2026, signed by the Director of Polytechnic and Allied Programmes Department, Dr. Mrs. Fatima Kabir Umar, on behalf of the Executive Secretary of NBTE, Prof. Idris M. Bugaje, following a Digital Resources Inspection Verification exercise conducted at the institution between January 27 and 28, 2026. According to the Board, the newly approved programmes cut across engineering, science laboratory technology, agriculture, media studies, law and management disciplines.
